Here’s what you’ll need!!
Sugar Corn Syrup
1. Combine 1 sugar, 2 corn syrup, 2 mirin, 1 small cup water, 1 small cup soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, sesame oil, pepper and sesame seed salt.
2. Add 1 handful shredded carrot, 1 handful onion, 1 handful green onion, 1 handful enoki mushroom, and seasoning sauce on a 600g marinated bulgogi.
3. Oil the pan and cook bulgogi until the juice comes out.
